Penetrating Clear Sealer

Acri-Soy^TM MST/Grout Sealer (Masonry, Stone, Tile and Grout) is a specially formulated professional grade bio-based penetrating sealer used for interior or exterior applications. It is made from natural soy esters and modified acrylics to enable excellent penetration and bonding within the substrate surface for maximum protection against UV, moisture, liquid spills, efflorescence and staining.

The advanced Zero VOC technology not only meets all environmental air quality requlations, it does not contain solvents or any hazardous ingredients and is made from rapidly renewable resources, making it the ideal sustainable alternative. Acri-Soy^TMMST Sealer provides unsurpassed coverage due to its smooth flow viscosity which achieves up to 600 square feet per gallon.
