It is a proprietary non-hazardous polymer that when mixed with Deco-Poz Eco-Blend Cement Mix (available in white or gray mix) creates a superior primerless high performance decorative resurfacing system. One gallon per each pail of Deco-Poz Cement Mix will yield up to 400 square feet applied @ < 1/32"per coat or 200 square feet @ 1/16" depending on texture and porosity of the substrate.
