DuraSoy One contains true sustainability attributes such as renewable resource, recycled content ingredients, and zero VOC's. Sheen Level: This innovative technology comes in a standard satin sheen that may best resemble the perfect balance between a flat and eggshell sheen, but with the cleanability of a semi-gloss finish. The technology allows easy cleaning with soap and water, delivering a desirable indoor or outdoor finish coating.

Spread Rate: The smooth flow consistency that is derived from the primary ingredient made from natural plant oils, not only provides superior penetration and bonding, it enables a better uniform spread by roller or paint sprayer. Spread rates vary depending on application method and surface porosity and texture. The typical spread rate is between 350 - 450 square feet per gallon.

At first it looks as if you have opened a can of marhsmallow Fluff. But the product goes on easily and smoothly (I used a brush). With a thick enough coat (which is easy to do) this truly is a one coat product.
