Eco-Tuff™ High Traffic Clear Coat

A bio-based non-hazardous modified water-borne acrylic-urethane clear coating engineered for maximum durability and safety. It is an excellent high traffic and weather resistant topcoat system that leaves a beautiful wet look finish. This unique self leveling and cross-linking technology provides ultra durable protection against moisture, abrasion, UV and chemical exposure while allowing coating flex to resist minor cracking compared to conventional floor coating materials. The high viscosity formulation also makes Eco-Tuff a preferred medium for enhanced encapsulation of decorative or slip resistant aggregate.

No other clear coat offers the safety, durability or flexibility.  Replace high solvent and highly combustible clear coats that otherwise would be required to meet our high performance capabilities.

Meets ASTM and ADA Slip Resistance Guidelines with Aggregate

Estimated Spread Rate @ 6 Wet Mils per Coat Recommended

200 to 250 Square Feet per gallon, per coat (2 coats recommended, 3 coats for industrial applications)

Product Use: Decorative concrete, masonry walls, brick pavers, wood, primed metals, architectural features and more.

Clear Primer: Use our Eco-Tuff Quick Prime or 2-Part W.B. Epoxy Primer/Sealer for (concrete, wood, fiberglass, tile, vinyl) surfaces for the ultimate waterproofing and bonding system. 

Tintable:
Eco-Tuff™ HT Clear Coat may be tinted with most universal colorants. Tinting is a customizable field application to provide enhanced decorative color options, to perform quick topical color repairs, or to create customized semi-transparent and opaque stain finishes. The amount of colorant added will determine the transparency level. Do not exceed 10% pigment load to the clear base volume. Tinting of Eco-Tuff provides a one step stain and finish coat with all its performance characteristics.
