Eco-Tufftm Rubberized Non-Skid Safety Coating is the world's leading environmentally compliant safety coating that outperforms all other non skid safety products. Made with recycled content materials, the advanced formulation of cross-linking modified acrylics, urethanes, co-polymers and recycled EPDM rubber granules delivers a Green Building compliant safety coating with superior durability, flexibility and safety. Available in 19 standard colors.
Eco-Tuff is a single component, zero VOC, ultra tough waterproof coating material. There are no hazardous ingredients, is non-flammable and virtually odorless. It is engineered for the most extreme environments from freezing cold temperatures to the hottest climates around the world. It is capable of withstanding abrasion, UV, chemicals, salts, hot tire pick-up, and submersible applications.
May be used on concrete, wood, fiberglass, painted surfaces, and metal surfaces. Each formulation is customized for its intended application. Aggregate content options are; standard, fine and high aggregate. Formulations options are; Standard (for concrete, metal & other non-flexible substrates, Flex (for wood, FRP panels & fiberglass boat decks), and AQ submersible (pools, fountains & spas). Approximate Spread Rates: 100-125 sq.ft/gal. per coat. 2 coat application required. We recommend 3 coats for heavy industrial applications.

The Technology:
Eco-Tufftm is engineered as a high performance, professional grade environmentally compliant coating. The advanced chemistry consists of proprietary modified acrylics, urethanes, and co-polymers that contain no VOC's, hazardous or flammable ingredients. The technology effectively replaces conventional epoxies, urethanes, and water-based coatings where the demand for a green building compliant and extreme durability is required. The Eco-Tuff coating system requires the installation of Eco-Tuff Primers. Eco-Tuff 2-Part WB Primer/Sealer is a waterproofing primer that prevents moisture penetration and creates the permanent chemical bond with the topcoat. Eco-Tuff 1-Part WB Metal Primer is specially modified environmentally compliant primer for metal surfaces.
Performance and Durability:
Eco-Tufftm is a superior, long lasting, ultra durable safety coating for use in outdoor, indoor, and submersible environments with the AQ formula. It can withstand extreme environmental conditions due its unique chemistry and flexibility. Adhesion tests also confirm the ultra tough bond is stronger than the substrate material, where the substrate will give way before adhesion failure.
Proper surface preparation and quality of the installation dictate optimum performance of any coating system. Having a high performance coating system that is easy and safe to use allows the user to install without the typical risks and limitations. The self leveling, self bonding and repairable system allows installers to install in phases and easily perform repair work of damaged areas, significantly increasing the coating life.
