We have the world's leading rubberized non skid floor coatings that are unmatched in ease of use, performance, durability and safety. Our advanced water-based acrylic-urethane co-polymer formulation is non toxic, single component, low odor, zero VOC, and non flammable that achieves your desired results fast, easy and safe!
This advanced ultra-durable formulation is created through a unique process of cross-linking urethanes and acrylics, utilizing recycled rubber crumb as an aggregate. The result is state of the art concrete coatings that are designed to provide an attractive, highly durable, impact resistant, non slip surface. Unlike epoxies, it is very flexible, making it chip and impact resistant. Mineral type aggregate typically used with epoxies will degrade over a short period of time due to constant traffic and actually causes the surface to become more slippery. Our integrated rubberized aggregate won't get crushed or degrade like mineral and will actually help absorb impacts, leaving you a long lasting non slip surface.
Eco-Tufftm is easily applied by the first time applicator or professional coating contractor. It is applied by brush, roller, low pressure hopper spray, or trowel. If applying by roller method, you must use our textured foam roller for optimum and uniform spread of the coating Applications are virtually endless since it can withstand extreme weather, UV, foot traffic, forklift, automotive traffic and more.
Eco-Tufftm is intended for use on concrete, asphalt and metal surfaces. It may also be used on wood, rubber and fiberglass surfaces. Choose the flexible formulation for wood or fiberglass substrates that may require more flex capacity. For under water submersible applications choose the AQ formulation option. All coatings are available with no aggregate, low aggregate (kitchen grade-50% aggregate reduction), standard, or high aggregate options. (high aggregate only comes in black, dark gray, dark blue, dark green, and dark brown).
