How do I return an item?
We are happy to offer returns within 30 days of purchase. (Excludes tinted or custom products). We will refund or exchange the item as soon as it arrives unopened and in resellable condition. We charge a reasonable restocking fee of 20% for items returned damaged or opened and a higher charge for used items. Shipping fees are not refundable. Applicable fees are deducted from the final refund amount.
Click on our Easy Returns Portal link for fast self-service and a printable pre-addressed return label. Print, affix on package, then call UPS for pick-up service or return to your nearest UPS Store. Be sure to pack your return item(s) carefully and securely just as you received it for optimum damage protection.
